We offer the configuration and support of VPS servers in our cloud, with the creation of a full backup of virtual machines (two backups are created by default), as well as with a weekly OS update and Software Administration.
The backup is performed to a remote disk array. Thus, the data will be available for recovery even if the file system of the server is completely inaccessible, including as a result of irreversible user actions.
We use the software package Zabbix to monitor the status of both individual servers of our clients, and to monitor the whole Logris cloud infrastructure (servers, LAN, critical services). Thanks to this, we were able to increase the level of service delivery and ensure uninterrupted operation of our customers.
The task of monitoring the status of any system is not only the collection of statistics, but also a warning about the occurrence of situations requiring human intervention.
